You’re hauling 25–30 tons of material, fill dirt, topsoil, road base, direct from the quarry to job sites. Most routes are within a 60-mile radius of Monument, some go up to 100 miles, all back the same day.
Day-in: load at the yard or quarry, deliver to a contractor or landowner, communicate ETAs, dump where they want it, head back out. You’ll start at the yard and progress to running routes on your own. We’ll train on the machine if you’ve got the right work ethic.
This is a physical job. You’re in and out of the cab, pulling 50-lb equipment trailer ramps, opening tailgates, and greasing your own truck before every shift. We need somebody who treats that as part of the gig, not a problem.
What we don’t need: a clock-puncher. What we need: somebody who shows up early, takes care of their equipment, helps when they’re at a site, and represents the company well.
