Fast pad prep and bulk material delivery for the new construction reshaping Falcon.
Falcon looks different from the wooded towns closer to the mountains, flatter, more open, and growing fast. Most of the site prep and landscape materials delivery in Falcon we handle is tied to new construction: a pad for a shop out on a still-rural parcel, or bulk topsoil and fill for a yard that didn’t exist a year ago. We keep the same crew on the pad and the material so a new-build schedule doesn’t stall waiting on two different vendors.
Falcon is unincorporated, governed by El Paso County rather than its own town hall, and sits along US-24 roughly 14 miles northeast of Colorado Springs. What was a quiet ranching community for decades has grown fast since the 1990s, driven in large part by Falcon School District 49, one of the fastest-growing districts in the state. The ground itself is semi-arid grassland, drier and flatter than the forested Tri-Lakes towns, which changes how we grade for drainage and dust control on a new pad.
That combination, open ground and steady new construction, means we’re often on a Falcon property before the house next door is even framed.

Falcon’s growth means pad prep and material orders come in ahead of a framing crew, not after. We schedule to match that pace instead of falling behind it.
Our super tandem trucks haul 25 to 30 tons a load, well suited to Falcon’s larger parcels and newer, wider streets.
Semi-arid grassland soil handles differently than a wooded mountain lot. We grade and compact with drainage and dust control in mind, not just a flat spec.
We’re not new to this corridor. Falcon’s pace of new construction is something we plan around, not react to.

Garage pads and yard material for newly built Falcon properties.
Quarry-direct pricing on the volume Falcon’s growth demands.
Outbuilding pads for the ranch-turned-residential parcels still common here.
Site prep and material for Falcon’s growing commercial corridor.
Falcon sits on semi-arid steppe grassland, flatter and drier than the rocky, tree-covered ground around Monument or Black Forest. That changes how we grade: drainage still has to be planned deliberately, and exposed fill needs to be managed so it doesn’t erode or blow off in the wind between rains.

What was once quiet ranch land has filled in fast since the 1990s, pushed along by Falcon School District 49, one of the fastest-growing districts in Colorado. New subdivisions keep replacing pasture, and each one needs a pad, a driveway base, and topsoil before the landscaping even starts.
Because Falcon has no town government of its own, permitting and drainage questions run through El Paso County rather than a local city hall, and we plan every job around that process rather than around one that doesn’t apply here.
Tell us the timeline and we’ll match it. We walk the site, give you a straight number, and get the pad and the material moving.
